Wood selection
In the countries of origin, RJJ selects the wood to export, and from the first step you can choose the highest quality in its woods.
Own sawmill

In the port of origin (Brazil and Africa), RJJ manufactures its own wooden containers, without any intermediary.

At Valencia, port of destination, we store tropical wood in our own warehouse in Cuenca.

IPÉ
Description
Ipé wood is one of the most well known species by professionals in the wood market, due to its extraordinary characteristics. It is known in some places as iron wood. Defining itself as the ideal wood for outdoor.
Its exceptional strength, hardness and durability make it ideal for use on outdoor decking and panels, but it is also used on interior decking and parquet (glued parquet).

WHITE QUEBRACHO CHARCOAL
The quebracho is a native tree of South America, which has found a niche throughout the world due to the great quality charcoal obtained from its wood, especially of white quebracho.
In its artisanal elaboration, the same processes are followed as in any preparation of wood for charcoal to be used in barbecue, obtaining in any case a very good quality charcoal.
A barbecue with white quebracho charcoal produces little smoke and will last longer, since its heat capacity is greater, as well as its quality, it does not produce sparks and it is a natural flavoring. Being able to have this type of fuel for barbecues will be a total success.
We are recognized and experienced producers in Paraguay, we have more than 200 own production furnaces, a large and equipped plant that allows us to offer more than two thousand tons per month. We have more than 20 years of experience in the manufacture and marketing of coal.
We offer a high quality product, using wood from our farms in the Paraguayan Chaco that have all the official records of the country's forestry and environmental administration. The charcoal is made in an artisanal way in clay brick kilns that allow reaching a carbonization degree of 65% and that lasts three days, which allows us to obtain a high calorific coal of up to approx. 7,800 kcal, with characteristics that meet the demands of our customers and international standards.
CARBON BRIQUETTES
Charcoal briquettes are a practical and efficient solution for making barbecues. Probably a popular product for its versatility, it takes fewer briquettes to light a barbecue and they keep the heat longer.
The raw material for the production of our briquettes is the mixture of charcoal powders, bound with organic binders, passed through an industrial press, subsequently dried and packed. Briquettes are a product of uniform combustion, high calorific value and long duration due to its lower moisture content.
We are able to export large volumes to the international market, we use advanced production and packaging technology that allow us to adapt to the demands of our clients, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements and standards of the international market. From the same process and within our production we also offer Coal for shisha or Hookah.
HEXAGONAL BRIQUETTES
From our factory in Paraguay and in order to offer more diversity in products, we also produce hexagonal or tubular briquettes. 100% white quebracho is produced without chemicals or impurities. Designed for professional use in restaurants and taverns, as well as for barbecue lovers. With uniform length and size of solid frame with a hole in the center these create longer burn times of approximately six hours and have excellent properties. They do not produce sparks, smoke, or odor and are easy to ignite.
SURINAME CHARCOAL
From the smallest country in South America but considered the greenest on the planet since 93% of its surface is Amazon rainforest, we make the best selection of woods taking advantage of discarded trees to preserve the environment.
The selected woods are of great density with artisanal elaboration and a carbonization process that lasts up to 12 days, we achieve a high quality charcoal with fast ignition, without sparks and of long duration, we have a large amount of stock and the capacity to produce large volumes. We are the first, only and exclusive exporter authorized by the government of Suriname.

PACKING
Our plant is equipped with machines for automated packaging and classification, with electronic scales that allow us to pack with the exact weight in containers of our brand or the client's brand, on paper or in polypropylene, we can adapt to the requirements of each client : size, colors, formats ... etc.
For restaurants: Polypropylene bags with or without printing, 10, 12, 15 and 20 Kg with a granulometry of 40mm to 200mm.
For supermarkets: paper bags with a variety of formats of 2, 3, 4 and 5Kg with a granulometry of 20mm to 40mm with customizable serigraphs according to the client.
Hexagonal briquettes: cardboard boxes of 10, 15 and 20 kg. Suriname coal: 10 and 15 kg polypropylene bags and 2, 3, 4 and 5 kg plastic bags.
SALES
Our goal is to contact customers who can import our products regularly and with annual shipping programs with monthly or weekly deliveries.
We quote F.O.B sales Asunción (Paraguay) and Paramaribo (Surinam), we also quote the best C&F option with the shipping companies that usually transport our products. For our imports to Spain, we also quote the D.A.P. (product placed in the customer's home).
For imports to Europe we have the Reach certificate (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemicals) and we accompany our products with a safety data sheet made by specialized technicians authorized by the administration.
